We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items with makeup stains, deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, odors, or any signs of wear will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items must be shipped and in carrier possession within 7 days of return approval. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including final sale items, bodysuits, swimwear, and accessories due to hygiene reasons. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return your original purchase for store credit, and place a new order.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and approved, you will be issued store credit for the original purchase price, excluding shipping costs, within 7 business days. Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases. It is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
