Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Lost or Stolen Packages
AXA Styles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If additional assistance is needed, email info@axastyles.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@axastyles.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
